This study evaluates the effectiveness and impact of digital health tools used during the COVID-19 response, focusing on the national and community levels. At the national level, the study will assess the Malawi COVID Response Digital Solutions/Services Architecture by examining decision-making processes and the varying success levels of its components. This research intends to inform stakeholders on digital tool effectiveness and user experience, including benefits and gaps.
