This is prohibiting unapproved collection of the e-mail address posted on this website using an e-mail address collecting program or other technical device, and please be aware that violation of such will result in criminal punishment pursuant to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unapproved Collection of E-mail Addresses, Etc.)
- No one shall collect e-mail addresses using a program or other technical system that automatically collects e-mail addresses from a website without the prior consent of the operator or manager of the website.
- No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
- No one shall not use the e-mail addresses for transmission of information knowing that collection, sale and distribution of those are prohibited in accordance with Paragraphs 1 and 2.
In accordance with regulations in Article 50-2, a fine of up to KRW 10 million is imposed.
