elementor - v3.12.1 - 02-04-2023 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#69727d;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#69727d;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p>RIGHT Foundation (Research Investment for Global Health Technology Foundation) has announced the \u00a0recipients of its Product Development Award and the Evidence Generation Award from the 2022 Request for Proposals (RFP).<\/p><p>The awardees are:<\/p><ul><li>Compelling Works(Uganda)<\/li><li>University of Ibadan (Nigeria)<\/li><li>Luke International (Malawi)<\/li><li>Instituto Nacional de Saude (Mozambique)<\/li><li>EuBiologics(Korea)<\/li><li>Noul (Korea)<\/li><li>Quadmedicine (Korea)<\/li><\/ul><p>These projects cover a diverse range of research areas, including:<\/p><ul><li>Critical analysis of the public health value of digital health technologies on the delivery of maternal and child health services in Uganda<\/li><li>Evaluation of the applicability of digital tools for infectious disease surveillance in Nigerian communities<\/li><li>Public health assessment of Malawi&#8217;s digitized Infrastructure COVID-19 Study<\/li><li>Evaluation of digital health solutions for laboratory diagnosis of endemic and pandemic diseases in Mozambique<\/li><li>Development of a pentavalent meningococcal conjugate vaccine to support the global meningitis eradication efforts<\/li><li>AI-driven all-in-one diagnostic platform to support malaria parasite detection in settings where highly trained microscopists are scarce<\/li><li>Development of a microneedle array patch\u00a0 to deliver measles-rubella vaccine and help close the \u00a0immunization gap in low resource settings<\/li><\/ul><p>The RIGHT Foundation is a Korean funding agency dedicated to support global health R&amp;D, established in 2018 by the Ministry of Health and Welfare of South Korea (MOHW) the Bill &amp; Melinda Gates Foundation, and Korean life science companies with the mission of alleviating the disproportionate burden of infectious diseases\u00a0 in the low-middle income countries (LMICs). Since its establishment, the RIGHT Foundation has committed 63 billion KRW to support 50 projects.<\/p><p>\u201cThe new PDAs will contribute to global efforts to control meningitis, malaria, measles and rubella, all of which show a significant inequity globally. We\u2019re particularly excited about launching the Evidence Generation Award.
