To mitigate any conflicts of interests, the RIGHT Foundation has adopted a governance structure
that ensures a transparent and equitable framework for the selection and
advancement of new healthcare innovations and their access.

The RIGHT Foundation leadership team is organized into four separate bodies
-the Board of Directors, Council, Selection Committee, and Management Team-
that perform independent roles yet collectively contribute to achieve the goals of the RIGHT Foundation.
